In 1908 William Henry Kuhn founded Kuhn & Studybaker a farm implement company in Miamisburg, Ohio. In the early 30's Kuhn began selling propane as a way to solidify his appliance business. Years later William Henry's son George E. Kuhn purchased the company, and expanded into home, industrial, and commercial propane sales. Currently George E. Kuhn & Company is spearheaded by Thomas M. Kuhn, continuing three generations of family leadership, and servicing over 3,000 customers in six counties throughout southwest Ohio.
